  10. Line 1: the path/name of the line file
  11. Line 2: the path/name of the logo header. Note that the extension ".BBS" is
  12.         always used.
  13. Line 3: The access level of a sysop. (to see the user's real name)
  14. Line 4: The BBS name
  15. Line 5: The Sysop's name
